交叉研究领域
研究领域包括质谱分析,定量代谢组学,高通量临床代谢组学和蛋白质组学技术开发,及其在衰老/神经退行性疾病的应用等。发表包括Mass Spectrom Rev、Gigascience、J Proteome Res、Analytica Chimica Acta、PNAS等在内的20余篇SCI收录国际期刊论文,H-index 12 (来源于Google Scholar)。前期研究重点发展了高通量、高重复性的临床质谱代谢组学技术与生物信息学方法,包括shotgun脂质组学、LC-MS、PCI-GC-MS/MS等代谢组学质谱分析方法以及数据质量控制软件statTarget (下载次数 > 10000次,2016-2018)。运用血浆代谢组学技术首次描绘出孕妇全妊娠周期的代谢谱轨迹,以及建立了新的帕金森病的早期诊断性panel,并发现biopyrrin能够反映早期帕金森病患者体内氧化压力水平,具有早期诊断帕金森病的潜在能力。
